It is with profound sadness that due to sudden financial uncertainties of our Board of Directors, North Cedar Academy will permanently cease operations, effective this August.

We recognize that this announcement comes unexpectedly and will undoubtedly create uncertainty, disappointment, and concern for our students and families. North Cedar Academy has been much more than a school—it has been a home, a community, and a place where lifelong friendships and meaningful experiences have been created. 

Our highest priority now is supporting every student and family through this transition. Although school operations are ending, members of our administrative and academic teams remain committed to assisting students throughout this transition.

To our students: Thank you for allowing us to be part of your educational journey. Your resilience, kindness, accomplishments, and spirit have shaped the North Cedar Academy community and will remain part of its legacy.

To our parents, guardians, and agents: Thank you for the trust you placed in us. We know how significant your decision was to entrust your children to our care, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership and support over the years.

To our faculty, staff, alumni, and community supporters: Thank you for your unwavering commitment to the mission of North Cedar Academy and for the countless lives you have positively impacted.

While this chapter is ending, we remain committed to ensuring that every student has the opportunity to continue their education successfully. We will do everything possible to make this transition as smooth and supportive as we can.
