Summer Camp 2026 at NCA

Join us in July, 2026

We are excited to offer you a summer with learning and adventure, including fun and dynamic trips and engaging hands-on activities. Your mornings will consist of academic classes in one of our two curriculum pathways – English Language Learning (ELL/ESL/EFL) & English Placement Test Prep or College Readiness & ACT/SAT Prep. Both of these programs will be guided by top instructors and native English-speaking peer mentors to offer you the opportunity to strengthen your English skills or to sharpen your ACT/SAT test-taking abilities.

 In the afternoons and on the weekend, you will join your counselors to enjoy local attractions, visit cities and their college campuses such as the Universities of Wisconsin, Madison, and Eau Claire, explore the natural beauty of Wisconsin, shop at the Mall of America, and take part in friendly games, movies, and campfires under the stars. Visits to amusement parks, museums, and other tourist spots, as well as restaurants, beaches, and colleges, will provide a window into American culture.

Payment Information

Use the button to be taken to our payment portal, Convera. Alternatively, you can remit your payment via check payable to “North Cedar Academy, LLC,” sent to the address in #3 of the Registration Information section directly above. If you require an alternative form of payment, please email your request to the Business Office Manager, Mrs. Peggy Hysell.

International Camper Fees

• Deposit due: $500.00 at the time of registration
• Balance due: $3,500.00 on or before May 1, 2026
• Total due: $4,000.00 (due in full at the time of registration starting May 1, 2026)

Domestic Camper Fees: $750, total due at the time of registration

Campers who enroll at North Cedar Academy for the academic year will have a portion of the camp fee deducted from their 2026-27 tuition

General Information

Arrival day: Dates coming soon! July 2026

Traveling by Air: Arrive at and depart from the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP). Flights should be between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM. 

Traveling by Car: You can drop off and pick up your camper between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. 

Camper Requirements: Entering grades 9-12 for the 2026-27 school year.
