Hailing from South Africa, Owami joined North Cedar Academy for the 2024-2025 academic year, bringing with her a passion for law, debate, and biotechnology.

Known for her articulate communication and commitment to equitable, transformative leadership, Owami quickly made her mark on campus.

In Spring 2025, she represented her home country at a prestigious debate competition at Harvard University, showcasing her skills on an international stage alongside fellow South African students.

We’re incredibly proud to have Owami as part of our NCA community – and we can’t wait to see where her journey takes her next.
