Originally from California, I have been cooking in restaurants for over 25 years. I moved to Wisconsin to work in a family-owned restaurant. I worked at this restaurant for eight years and worked my way up to Head Chef and Kitchen Manager. I have worked at NCA since the very beginning when I was hired on as a cook. I’ve since worked my way up, and am the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager. Something that sets me apart from other school chefs is that I’ve had additional training at NCA’s sister school in China. I thank the school greatly for giving me this experience to learn more about Asian food and culture.
In my free time, I enjoy fishing and collecting guns.
