Born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, I am a third-generation educator with a passion for people, history, and holistic health. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education-Social Studies from Judson University in Elgin, Illinois, in 2012, and have been teaching ever since.
I’ve been at North Cedar since it’s inception in 2014. I absolutely love my job. Working with students and staff from diverse cultures is incredibly rewarding and personally enriching. I look forward to the upcoming academic year and all the new and familiar faces it will bring.
You’ll find me spending free time with family and friends. I’ve been married to my wife, Kayla, for 4 years, and we have a 2-year-old son, Alexander. I love to play sports, travel, read presidential biographies, and do my best to emulate the greatness of Theodore Roosevelt.
